Lights went out in less that a year – This range hood looks wonderful, works very well however we have not had it installed for a year and both lights went out at the same time. I would think the lights should have lasted longer that that. It could be an electrical problem but I would also think that should not have happened in less than one year of use. I would have contacted someone at Amazon but I cannot find any way to get support. If I had purchased it a a local store this would have been taken care of. Probably will not order large things from Amazon again.

One of baffle filters has loose clasps – One of the baffle filters has loose clasps, so it can be dropped easily. I looked at all three baffle filters and the one with loose clasps has no clasp screw. One baffle filter has one clasp screw and the other has two. I think each baffle filter should have two clasp screws. Amazon support sent an email to the manufacture on my behalf and I hope the manufacture will send us a new baffle filter or tell me how it can be fixed. We have been quite happy with this range hood and it works well for the price.

Cost $300 plus to return do not buy it – I purchased one and then a second one for another property but it wasn’t suitable. The customer pays shipping by size and weight $300 plus dollars so basically it is not worth it to return it. If you are not 100% sure- DO NOT BUY IT!

Quietness claim of 52 db is a lie. But excellent otherwise. – 1. perfectly packed. 2. all parts stated were in the boxes. 3. everything fitted as described in manual. 4. install about 1 hour. 5. works perfectly.
