incredibly quiet but… – This dishwasher is very quiet, easy to operate. The only reason I gave this dishwasher a 3 star is because as you can read the door panel doesn’t come with the dishwasher. The rating is because the door panel costs $299.00 but if you don’t do your research on it then surprise surprise! If I could do it all over I would not have made this purchase. The door panel is heavy and doesn’t allow for easy lifting to close even after adjusting.

Not getting dishes clean – We ordered a Z-Line custom panel because the Bosch brand we had used in our last house was out of stock. The custom panel front we not compatible with our Ikea cabinetry—my husband had to mess with it and rig it together in an entirely different way, and we found nowhere where it said Zline is only compatible with Zline panels (which seemed to be the case). But a worse problem is I’ve found I have to really pre-rinse dishes hardcore before loading, and I usually have to hand wash at least 5-7 dishes after each wash. I don’t find the eco or the economy wash effective; on the heavy duty pots and pans setting, I have had better luck, but hated to waste the water for that just bowls and plates. I don’t like the way the racks are laid out either, so I have not been very happy with this product.

Doesn’t dry, doesn’t clean well and the top rack doesn’t open. Customer service is terrible. They keep asking for video as and pictures and have not helped fix anything. Want my old dishwasher back. Buyer beware! Choose another brand.
