Excellent product. – It’s quiet, efficient, and economical on space. We have it in a corner of our kitchen counter top underneath cabinets. Fits perfect. Highly recommended for tight spaces. Functionality is great too. We’ve had it about 8 months and pleased with quality and performance.

Breaks every year for the past three years. – I know it sounds stupid but this is the only unit that I can use for controlled temperature. I use it to store temperature sensitive material at 66 degrees. I need a small unit. But it breaks every 12 months. I am forced to buy another each time as I have no other way to assure the 66 degree temp that I require. So beware – it looks nice and performs well but do not expect it to last longer than 12 to 13 months. As a note I do not use it for wine.

Make sure to follow the initial setup instructions. – Seems to be perfect except for it’s slightly louder than I would’ve liked and seems to run almost all the time. Confused why the bottom doesn’t have a wire rack like the middle and top – but the bottles just lay on their sides on the bottom of the inside. First wine cooler for us.

Super customer service!! – I ordered this before I was ready for it, so it was stored (unbeknownst to me, on it’s side) for over 2 months. Finally ready for it and following the instructions to leave it upright for 2 & 1/2 hrs, I left it for 5 hrs before plugging it in, considering how long it sat on it’s side. Well, long story short, after reviewing and doing every troubleshooting step, it still would not cool below 60 and of course my return window was closed. Instead of emailing, I decided to call the company direct to see if they could at least advise on what else I could do. To my great surprise, they charged me $21.00 for shipping and I received a brand new replacement in 3 days!!! No fuss, no worries!! Fantastic! Now it takes a long time for it to cool and when you open the door, even if just briefly, it still takes quite a while to cool down again and also, this model only chills as low as 46 degrees, so if you’re looking for something to chill say spritzers or beer, find something else, this is pretty much only good for your red or white wines. Oh, and the inside light is very nice!! Looks great in my office!!
