Old fashioned magic – This carpet sweeper reminds me of my mom and grand mom. it is just how theirs was, picks crumbs and cottons so easily. I have two hand woven rugs and I did not want powerful suction on them a vacuum would give so I bought this and it has proved to be exactly what I wanted. It is quite amazing the amount of fluff and dirt it picks up and off hardwood floors also. I sew and machine embroider and it picks up cottons better than a vacuum where these cottons tend to wrap round the brushes and wheels. Not so on this carpet sweeper and It is easy to empty and was a very good choice, Inexpensive a great buy and Amazon delivered in days. Thank you Amazon.

Helping hand! – This sweeper is great for quick pick-ups on carpets and hard wood floors. It’s easy to assemble; light weight; stores in a small area and very easy to empty. However, in some instances, you have to go over & over to pick-up debris and it doesn’t really get into tight corners or along floor walls. I would recommend this sweeper strictly for quick pick-ups.

It even picks up MY hair!! – Does a fairly decent job. We have three Chihuahuas and my hair is thick and to my waist…and this little sweeper gets all of it with a swipe or two. Love it!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SWEEPER ! – I bought this carpet sweeper to use in between vacuuming times, and wanted it to pick up littler and pet hair (dog and cats) and little pieces of tidbits of cat food that they leave behind. I was so hoping this carpet sweeper would do the trick, and based on the positive reviews bought it. It picks up the littler good, for the most part, although it won’t work on bare floors; and it is great for getting up pet hair! However, it is chinsy, cheaply made and put together, and bends out of shape if you put any pressure on it by pressing down a little over a sweep of carpet. I had it 5 days and used it 4 times and the fifth time the main roller brush in the middle fell out onto the floor! This has happened to me THREE times. Luckily my husband was able to figure out how to repair it. I have 3 kinds of carpet in the house: indoor/outdoor, thick pile and short shag. In the thick pile you have to press down a little over the sweeps in order for it to pick up, yet when you do, the handle bends the bar across the top which pushes the sides of the bar out which, in fact, holds the main brush inside! When those ends of the bar bend out, the roller brush falls out! On top of that, the handle is extremely short – and I’m only 5′, and I still have to bend over a little in order to push it! My poor husband has to really get down as he is 6:5! I Having physical problems with my back and knees, after using it 10 minutes I am in pain and have to stop for a rest. I should have spent more money and got the better ones – a name brand which I know and trust, which I WILL be doing. I am extremely disappointed! But like they say…”you get what you pay for.” Don’t compromise quality and price. Do yourselves a favor and forget this one!

Does a great job! – I’ve got cats. Five of them and keeping the rugs and such looking clean is important to me. I’ll admit the area is small, but a quick 5-minute sweep, including emptying the sweeper, makes the floors look as if they’d just been vacuumed! I love this little sweeper!

Love at First Sweep – I am in training as a crazy cat lady. With five of the furry beasts, a dog with flowing tresses, and hundreds of finches who let their little feathers fly everywhere, I am always in quest of a tool that can make it look like we live in a normal household. To that end, I have a Dyson (that seems to weigh 400 pounds), a powerful Bissel, and a Neato who makes a daily sortie through the house.
