Good combo – I would love to have a bigger drum and the ones with wifi but covid excuses make them unavailable. So I settled with this combo and I am very happy with it. It is well built and very quiet. The few times that I use it everything comes out very clean and dry. I will highly recommend it. Just keep in mind it is for small loads.

A mystery – I have the 2100X — ohmigawd…..the prior Splendide last nearly 20 years. I have gone through TWO 2100x in 3 years along with 8 water pumps (none working at the moment) and the $350 module controlled. One the 1st one even Splendide gave up keeping it running and replaced it — and the 2nd croaked in13 months……. AVOID – they took a great machine (WD version) and have cocked it up beyond belief in the 2100X and now have another version costing even more ………

Great service – My 20 year old Splendide quit working. I was looking at buying a new unit, my old unit is in a motor home and hasn’t been overworked but it is old. I called Splendide to see if they had a solution to my units problem, the phone was immediately answered and I was transferred to a tech who tried to help but acknowledged my problem was something he hadn’t encountered. He immediately handed me off to a senior tech who walked me right to the problem. These guys were great and they will certainly get my future business and references. I’ve seen some bad reviews on their service but that was not my experience at all.

Split the load before drying and Only Press the Go / Pause button for 2 seconds!!!! – We installed this in our tiny condo. It seemed like the unit had a mind of it’s own and would rarely start when requested (especially on dry.)
