Plus, as I was placing it where I wanted it I noticed that it is noticeable off balanced. I had to set something on top of it because it rocks back and forth just sitting in place! Their customer service was quick to Finding a solution.

You cannot put this in a crowded spot with low ability to ventilate, or have it close to any type of heat source.
