Bought new, received used with missing parts. – I purchased this unit new. I received a package in good condition and began to install the dishwasher. When I opened it and removed the tray, I realized that the filter was missing (first picture). I then realized that the spray arm was also missing. When I looked closer, the unit appeared to be clearly used, and not in the sense that QC tested the product. You can clearly see that some red sauce was infused in the plastic. I forgot to take a picture of the power cord before reboxing the product, but there was some kind of paint on it too.

Fill water on top 5X pitcher until you hear 3 beeps. – Dishwasher works great, but needs better instructions. I use the fill on top water feature, but was unsure how much. Fill with 2000 ml pitcher about 5X until you hear 3 beeps.

Very good for the money – I’ve had this little dishwasher for months with dozens of cycles. I fill it with water and don’t use a water line. Mine drains into a bucket which I dump in the sink. So far no issues other than the size. I have RO water in my condo that makes the dishes and glasses sparkly clean! I recommend this to anyone.

Gotta tank, but still needs a water connection. – As I haven’t had a chance to use it due to not being able to connect it to a water source. (One of the reasons I purchased one with a built in water tank) Its good quality as far as I can tell

First one didn’t work but 2nd one so far is amazing – I’ve had the 2nd dishwasher did a month now. Seems to work great. We raise off our plates and it does great on the quick cycle. I saw the water and couldn’t believe the plates were still that dirty!!!

Included hose does not work! Had to go buy expensive hoses instead! – Dishwasher works fantastic! do I recommend this? YES! But people should know that the problem that I am having is that the hose that came with the washer doesn’t fit on a 3/4 quick connect fitting on either end no matter what I or anyone else tried but both ends fit on the washer! Even a professional was baffled because most if not all fittings are 3/4 inch common. I had to go to home depot and and get the $40.00 Washing mashing hose with the right angle attachment because you can’t put a straight end hose on unless the washer is elevated over 4 inches off of the countertop because of the direction of the drain port and it only has 2 inches of space between it and the countertop. Maybe not an issue for most but this is what I came across.

Great machine highly recommend – Awesome piece of kitchen equipment. My apartment does not have a dishwasher, and with a newborn the dishes were piling up and there was no catching up. Now, I can run this once or twice a day, I no longer have to handwash anything besides pots and pans thank god.
