**DO NOT BUY FROM Southeastern Supply** – We have had this machine for 2.5years! It’s been great nothing wrong with the machine but been a beast! We recently noticed that the metal bracket/hook had started to crack, I reached out to Amazon at which they provided me the contact for Southeastern Equipment and Supply. I started talk to one woman and she said there wasn’t a warranty. At that moment I provided and read the warranty stated In the description above- “3year parts 2 year labor”.

Viper floor machine – It works well as heavy duty floor machine and seems to be made well. We haven’t really had it long enough to see if it meets all of my expectations. Unfortunately I cannot use it because it is very heavy and vibrates a lot and I am not strong enough to hold it in place. However my handiman and friend is easily able to control it but he is a really big and strong guy.
