ALMOST perfect – This has made my life so much easier at my coffee shop. It’s small enough to fit perfectly under the counter. The only thing I don’t like is this little silicone plug (circled). The ice doesn’t come out already broken up, so you have to break the ice up with your ice scoop. Sometimes the plug will come out and get lost in the ice. Other than that, this thing works great!
