Emailed customer service and Lisa got right back to me with helpful details. She even sent a video to better explain! Since then she followed up to check on my satisfaction. Fridge stopped working in less than a year – I will be contacting the company directly but I think other customers on Amazon should know that we haven’t had this wine refrigerator for a full year and it has already stopped working. The location for the red wine is hot and I had to remove a bunch of bottle that we bought in Napa and I’m hoping have not been ruined. The top portion is cool but not cold and I’d much rather keep my wine in my regular fridge at this point. Very disappointing especially since now we have to go through the hassle of getting a new fridge.

It’s okay. All wine fridges are crap just my 2 cents – Getting it to stay at temperature is weak you have to set it much lower to achieve your desired temp mine is set to 53 for 56 degrees will never get lower than that house is always cool between 70-73 degrees

Nothing to wine about! – We ordered this wine fridge to replace a trash compactor under a kitchen counter. This fit perfectly and was an easy installation. Needed only to install the handle, plugged it in, and it was working great. Really does the job. Quiet and attractive. Note that shelves are not adjustable, and while most are standard to fit normal bottles of wine, the way the bottom two shelves are configured – the bottom one is for extra large bottles, and the one above it is for small bottles – there is no way to change that. But having two zones is great. Most importantly, the company communication is fantastic. They reached out to me first, and answered the couple of questions I had quickly. I trust that they will be helpful if I have any issues. Overall, everything is as advertised and I highly recommend.

Best wine & beverage fridge ever! – I previously owned another brand of beverage refrigerator and it seemed like it was just getting louder and louder. Luckily I was able to convince my husband that it was time to get rid of the noisemaker. My husband was very skeptical about buying another one online but he had also seen how much effort that I had put into research to find the right one for us this time. I am telling you that buying a Tylza wine and beverage refrigerator was the best thing we ever did. It is so quiet that the only time that I hear anything from it is when the fan runs, but it is still very quiet.

Pheobe a member of Tyla’s support team was assigned our case. She was impressive. She responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. Pheobe asked us to perform some simple diagnostic tests. She then quickly determined the unit needed replacement and that is was covered under warranty. Our replacement unit arrived today. While we were disappointed the unit needed replacement, we were very pleased with the after-purchase support we recieved and that Pheobe communicated with us daily until the replacement unit arrived.
