Amazing! – I don’t have any other machine to compare it to but it sure beats ice cube trays and all the gunk from your freezer shelf/food packaging falling into the trays and on the ice or flavoring the ice with gross freezer flavors (I’m a real fanatic about my ice water). It isn’t a freezer but once the ice melts back into the machine, it just makes new ice cubes. So long as you keep water in it, you’ll be guaranteed to have ice in it. And the water goes a long way! I get about 2 days out of one fill up with water with steady use (filling my 40oz cup 2-3 times a day) I definitely recommend this machine if you are sick of trays!

Ice Can Be Hard to Separate – This machine works well and produces a large amount of ice. The only thing I didn’t like is that the sheets of ice can sometimes be hard to break up with the plastic scoop. I find that I prefer the bullet style individual cubes as shown in some of the reviews for this product. Apparently the reviews for this product are for 2 different models of this brand, which is confusing because I thought I was getting the other model. This machine is great for filling up ice chests and coolers.

Worked good till it stopped working. Trying to get it repaired or replaced. – I purchased this item on 8-16-21 and it stopped making ice three months ago. I’ve tried to contact the company to inform them of the problem with no success in connecting with them. The phone number given me was for some sort of traffic control center somewhere. Though I purchased the item for my wife, she’s upset and now I’m upset because I can’t get in touch with the company. Though I purchased a 5-year warranty with the item, it won’t take effect till 8-17-22. Therefore, I have no choice but to take this course of action to hopefully get some attention to my dilemma! But when it was working, we both were delighted with the ice maker and would brag about it! Thank you!

We have had it for about 6 months and now it just won’t finish a cycle. So if you are an avid ice user like we are, you might want to spend a little more money on better quality. I wish we would have.

But once I understood what all the different LED lights meant, and the difference between when they are flashing or steady, it’s been pretty great. The ice cubes, even the “large” ones, are much smaller than what I’m used to from my refrigerator. But it makes ice pretty fast and the cubes last surprisingly long in the unit once made. It’s been in the 90’s here the past few days and my AC is broken, and the ice is definitely a bit smaller and melting faster within the unit, but there’s still always plenty of ice to take for our drinks. It’s very good at staying “full” as long as you heed the “needs water” indicator. I’m really very happy with it.
