– I wasnt too sure anout this product at first but after trying it out i am amazed! Its a very sturdy plastic like material aka its very durable. Works very well too..i have cancer in my wrists and was still able to work it. It also does a fair size load of cloyhes as well…there is a hose to drain it in the bottom compartment of the portable washer. Delivery was very fast too! Best investment i ever made! Should have gotten one alot sooner than i did….a very good product

– I live in an apartment building, so laundry can get expensive. I purchased this product to use for cloth diapers, but honestly couldn’t see myself using it for clothing, either. It is just an oversized salad spinner. Doesn’t agitate properly, so it doesn’t get a proper clean. The items in the basket look like they are on that tilt-a-whirl ride at an amusement park, during the wash. It would be okay for one or two items need to be washed, but don’t rely on it to replace your whole wash routine. I would just rather wait for a full washer load.

Okay so far! – I bought this one because the reveiws were slighly better than the other 2 manual portable clothes washers. The basket seems large enough, but upon reading the instructions it says to only fill it with water 1/2 way, which means you can only fill the basket 1/2 way with clothes. It says in the instructions you can add 10 pieces of clothing to it. More like 10 socks, or 10 pieces of underwear. My first load I washed 2 short sleeved cotton tee shirts and 3 pairs of under wear. In the pic above, my 2nd wash, I was able to fit 1 regular sized towel in it. My 3rd wash was a pair of leggings, a pair of socks, 1 pillow case and 2 pairs underwear. My 4th wash was 1 queen sized sheet.

Great design but not very practical due to low capacity – I really wanted to like the pod. It is well made, very nicely designed, attractive, shows great attention to detail and quality overall is excellent. However, the capacity is very small. That coupled with the high price make this hard to recommend.

So far, pretty good – I bought this because COVID made me nervous to use the laundry room in my apartment building. I had been handwashing everything–clothes, sheets, towels. What a pain. Wringing and wringing that stuff out. And then I developed eczema on one finger. Not sure if it”s from all the water or not. Anyway, I decided to buy this Laundry POD and just tried it today. I think it does a pretty good job for what it is– my laundry is still drying, so I’ll know more once it’s dry. I did a few pairs of underwear and a few t-shirts. You can’t do much more than that, though the instructions say 10 garments. I can’t imagine doing towels in it.
