Game Changing – My ancient, top-loading washing machine still agitates like a champ but the spin function has slowly declined, leaving me with super saturated clothes at the end of the wash cycle. Even after wringing the clothes by hand, my dryer was struggling to get the clothes dry without massive energy consumption and heat output. Of course this happens during the middle of the viral apocalypse when standard sized washing machine prices are prohibitive to all but the super wealthy. While I was searching for a smaller apartment-sized, dual tub washer, I came across spin dryers. This 3500 RPM powerhouse has more spin power than even fancy front-loading washers. Simple to operate–load a few pieces of laundry, pack them to balance out the weight, close the lid, and turn the latch–this spinner will wring water out of clothes that HAVE gone through a proper, 700 RPM spin cycle in my standard sized top-loader. Throw a half-collapsed, 1.3 gallon collapsible bucket under the water spout at the bottom of the spinner, and you have gray water for your houseplants. The longer the spinner runs, the less time they spend in the dryer. Even my largest loads dry in about half the time. This spinner is a game changer if you are energy conscious and don’t have a cool K to drop on a washer with massive spin power during the worst inflation we’ve had in half a century.

Works great on 110 Volt outlet. – It does exactly what was described. It Is safe and easy to use and clothes come out almost dry. It is well made. It needs steadying only for the first 5 seconds until the drum is in full spin then hums quietly and does a great job.

If you have an outdoor drying rack or clothesline, it’s maybe not necessary. We don’t have an outdoor drying space, however, and items that have only been wrung out after using the WonderWash are not fresh by the time they finally air dry indoors.
