Works better than my old washer. – So I bought this unit because I knew the transmission on my old washer was going. I have well water so I know that every time that well pump kicks on I keep spending more money. As a single father, spending less is important(and a new washer is around 600 by me). At the time I bought the washer I had a nina spin dryer as well so I was prepared.

Not quite perfect, but definitely a good option for many users. – I’d already bought a spin dryer at the start of the pandemic, since my local dry cleaner had closed and I didn’t want to brave the local laundromats anymore. But hand washing – even with lengthy soaks – isn’t terribly effective and it took a lot of time and wasted tons of water. I’ve had mini upright washers with built-in spin cycles before and thought they were awful. They use an astounding amount of water and make tons of noise. The impellers they rely on twist your clothes into knots. And their capacity is minuscule. The units are heavy and difficult to move around…or hide.

Excellent product – Oh boy, this washer is amazing! The capacity it’s incredible! I would say the drum is as big as a two load washer from the laundromat or a bit smaller. I can wash everything in it. The fact that doesn’t has a spin cycle doesn’t matter to me. I already had the spin dryer and even if I didn’t I would’ve bought it. The machine is portable and light enough I can move it around, although I bought a small cart for easy maneuver. I’ve read people complaining about the lack of spin cycle and all I can say is that with it the machine wouldn’t be portable. I’ve seen machines with a spin cycle and they’re compact but weigh over 100 pounds or the capacity is not as great as with this washer. The product is, I’d say, not for everybody. If you are looking capacity, as I was, buy it. So far it has met my family needs. No more going to laundromat, specially in the middle of a pandemic!

Lies. – I was compelled to purchase this washer based on its alleged 7.5 cu ft washing capacity. I found this product through YouTube where it boasted the 7.5 cu ft and when I recieved the product it wasn’t even bigger than my 4 cu ft washer. The 7.5 cu ft lie is still on their website but taken off of YouTube and Amazon.

Thank you – My unit was shipped the same day I ordered it and was received well packed and intact. This washer does a great job getting clothes clean.The fact it does not have a spinner is a good thing , if you want a quiet and steady washer which is both lightweight and offers a generous loading capacity. Perhaps, you’re a renter and need to practice stealth laundering …give this washer a whirl. Buy a separate spinner, thereby having immediate control over an unbalanced load,and you may get away with wearing clean clothes without your neighbors and landlord knowing how. Seriously, I once purchased a very nice, large portable washer with a spinner but it danced on my floor during the spin cycle and leaked a lot of water onto the floor. I could not take the worry and sent it back to the retailer. Plus,it did not get my clothes nearly as dry as the large spinner I have from Laundry Alternative (purchased fourteen years ago and still works like new). I am very happy with my new Niagara and I believe it will last for years to come . I can now retire my small counter top vintage Avanti 2001s washer, which operates like a front loader, just like the Niagara, and gets my clothes really clean.
