      Not happy with this product at all – I just used it a couple days ago and I could not get the steamer to work. The only thing it did was leak all over the floor. Not happy with this product at all. Now I have a product I can’t use

      sweeper was disappointing but the steamer worked fine. Second time I attempted – First time I used it, sweeper was disappointing but the steamer worked fine. Second time I attempted, the steamer would not turn on, however the sweeper still worked like the first time. Wish there was a way to rate in negatives. I’d give this product -4 out of -5. At least my Haan steam mop/sweeper worked for 2 years before it quit on me….

      Don’t Waste Your Money on This! – After I used the steam mop I used 409 and a rag to see how well the steam mop cleaned the floor. After wiping a section of the floor with a rag and the 409, the rag was very dirty! This product says it CLEANS the floor – not at all true!!!
