quality was not what was expected and customer service even worse – I don’t like writing negative results , but sadly this was my first and last experience with not only CyberSavings , but also bosch. they make it financially impossible to return product that is poor quality, as well as Bosch offers no support. but it doesn’t clean as promised or dry anywhere near what was promised and the “non finger print” coating is TERRIBLE. it not only shows finger prints, but also show water drips WAY worse than an standard one. I would rather have finger prints.

They SHRUNK the Dishwasher!! – I bought this model 1 month ago, and I fume every time I try to load it! They have SHRUNK THE INSIDE OF THE MACHINE to where you can’t even fit a glass in one row on top rack, so they NEVER STAND ON END, instead they constantly FALL OVER. The lower rack is SO TIGHT, AND THE TINES SO CLOSE TOGETHER the dishes do not rinse entirely well anymore, and you cannot FIT the dishes in without them overlapping each other now!!! What’s worse, is now I am shopping for a new one to replace this new one, and it seems like ALL THE MANUFACTURERS HAVE SHRUNK THEIR DISHWASHER SIZE INSIDE. I HATE this machine!!! I have owned Bosch Appliances for years, but this is where I am drawing the line! What a BAD DECISION they made to SHRINK THE MACHINES TO CUT COSTS! Shoot, charge me an extra $100 and make it a NORMAL SIZE AGAIN!!!!

Bought two – one died – Cook for a big family so we have two dishwashers. Bought two of these to replace them. Took a month or so to get a plumber to get them installed (they lived in our garage while waiting). One works great. The other leaked all over the kitchen floor. Contacted seller twice. Zero response as to how to get the defective item repaired or replaced. Plumber won’t touch it until warranty and repair responsibility are sorted out. Down to one dishwasher and would not buy from this seller again.

Don’t buy if you have hard water – I love this dishwasher: the way it looks, the way it functions, and how quiet it is. I bought this after my old one died. Unfortunately, this one died in less than 2 years. $800 down the proverbial drain and now I have a KitchenAid dishwasher. I’m so disappointed that this happened for no good reason.

excellent machine – I had to replace my prior bosch dishwasher which was about 18 years old. The electronics were failing so that the cycle would stop about half way through. I then had to jiggle the door, hold the start button down and stand by while it tried to stall again. The actual washing was fine. This new Bosch is a definite improvement. The third rack for silverware frees up more room in the lower level. I also don’t have to pre-rinse the dishes; I just scrape off the food remnants with a rubber spatula and load the machine. It takes me three to four days to get a full load, but the dried on food is not a problem. I thought my old machine was quiet (it was pretty quiet since I sometimes did not notice when it stopped prematurely), but this is quieter. I really like the sleek look of the front.
