Great little ice maker – So this thing produces ice yes, however it doesn’t keep it cold so you can’t just turn it on and walk away for an hour. I run mine and pour the ice into a bin I keep in my freezer. If you leave it, it will melt. Another thing. The ice is pretty wet when it is produced and I was so unhappy I almost returned it as it would all stick together and clump and be impossible to separate after being in my freezer for a while. So I figured out, when you dump the ice with other ice, give it a mix with the scoop so it’s not wet any more and voila, solved the problem! I’m in apartment living for a bit after owning a house with two ice makers so I got beyond spoiled but this works just fine. Takes a bit of effort but it’s great.

This ice maker has a faulty fan. You hear it right away. Should have done better quality control. – I have had ice makers before, so I followed the instructions of not using it right away.

Buyer Beware – It takes forever to get ice! You’d be better off buying a bag of ice and calling it a day, nevermind the fact it cost over $50 to send it back regardless of what they advertise! Poor product with poor customer service!

wonderful – I really really really wish I would’ve bought this years ago. I really have no use for a refrigerator icemaker. I love that I can make Ice cubes with fresh alkaline water and make them as I need them.
