Samsung quality – Works great. Not a wifi device or part of smart things.

Died abruptly after 4 years – Died abruptly after 4 years of mediocre washing. Better off spending the $$$ on paper plates.

Remarkably Bad…. Unbelievably Bad – THIS IS NOT A JOKE. I have flatware actually come out dirtier than it went in. How can that even happen? Every single load I have some dishes, glassware, or flatware that goes in the sink for hand washing. It’s just part of doing the dishes now. I use Finish detergent, have a water softener, and space everything trying to appease some Japanese dish god. Contact Samsung and they’ll tell you “Change detergents, don’t crowd, etc..” It had a upper top shelf for “mildly soiled” dishes. It wasn’t able to remove some hours old Land-O-Lakes butter.

Dishes come out dirtier than when they went in – I returned the first one of these dishwashers when I saw the amount of food left on plates after running it through its cycle. Must have been defective. I returned the second one, too. Coincidence, I thought. By the time I had the third one installed and saw that it performed equally badly, I was out of energy. As another reviewer notes, Samsung recommends loading it differently, using a different detergent, etc. Trust me: none of that makes a difference. The photos show how well this dishwasher washes dishes. By the way, none of that cooked on food looks like what was on those dishes when they went in. That’s a coffee cup … with some kind of red sediment in it. I paid $855 for a dishwasher that doesn’t wash dishes. Never again. I’m done with Samsung.
