-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-

Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

We LOVE the FlexWash – We have had this for about 6 years and love it. We’ve had to replace the handle on the top little washer, but other than that we use it all the time, both at once, no problem. The filter/trap at the bottom needs to be cleaned out regularly and you need to keep the door open so it can breathe but we love this and would buy another.

Waste of money – Arrived with damaged/missing parts, Although replacement parts were inexpensive, $6.00, the are unavailable and/or disvonued so machine is useless.

DO NOT BUY – I bought this product 2 years ago and would like to alert people about it.

Lasted 3 years, but previously I loved it – I loved everything about it for 3 years. I loved the fact that I had 2 washers that I could use at the same time. The flex washer is small but excellent for sweaters and delicate clothes. After 3 years, suddenly the drum assy broke on the big washer and the warranty company could not fix it. I had to get another one, or choose another brand of washer. I read many reviews since then. I am amazed that this washer broke after only 3 years, but is seems to be common, based on reviews. I always buy the master protection warranties because washers are hard workers and usually only last about 6-8 years.

Defective – Went to use washer for the first time. The water in the top washer started spraying everywhere as soon as the unit was powered on even though no cycle was running. It also would not drain and so I had to use a cup to drain it so it didn’t flood my laundry room. Very frustrating. Guess we’ll see if Samsung covers warranty. Otherwise, I’ll have to return.

DO NOT BUY – This very expensive and so called “high quality” broke after 1 year of use. Samsung doesn’t give one dime about it and we had to hire a private company to fix it and pay out of pocket for their services. Well, it’s been broken for 6 months, eand after 3 parts replaced I STILL DON’T HAVE A WASHER MACHINE! Do not waste your money in this. According to the technitian, the last thing to replace is the inverter board and Samsung does not manufacture that part any longer. So now with less than two years of use I have a useless machine. Buy LG instead! That was the tech’s recommendation when I asked about brands that hold up to use.
