This product is not worth it so do not buy it!!! – This product is absolutely not worth the high price they are charging for it. I paid a lot more than I should have because I used a similar one in Las Vegas a couple of months ago & it was amazing! The model number of the one in the Timeshare in Vegas was just one number off from this one. But what a HUGE difference in the performance of the two. I am very sad that I purchased it in the first place & even more sad that I have probably waited too long to return it. I really needed this type product, but I needed one that worked!

Good body bad handle – The dual brush system is great. The handle is awful—I can’t believe engineers designed this thing, so I will assume that they didn’t.

good – this is a good buy. the company is real good. i wrote them and they wrote me back that day with my answers. this is a company i will buy from again. the thing is good on flat low carpet, but not thick. good for the busy area’s of the house.

It is quite lousy because it does not even pick up crumbs or tinsel on a marble floor or thin carpet…not a good investment at all. I’m sending back. Keep it clean – With an infant living in the house, we (the grandparents) had to step-up our floor and carpet cleaning.

Works very well! – 2 huge Maine Coons and this does an amazingly good job! It is at least 5 times as fast as a regular vacuum for getting hair off of area rugs. It seems like an exaggeration but is true. The only drag is how often we have to get hair cleaned off and out of the rollers, but it has been a pleasure. Still saves time and for a small investment i’m sure it will last. no prob with the handle unscrewing but Loctite would seem to be a good solution..
