Buena cocina de inducción – Llevo usando 1 año esta cocina de inducción, muy práctica, la uso a diario, los niveles de temperatura están muy bien, su consumo eléctrico no es muy alto y cocina todo muy bien. Sin duda una de las mejores opciones, si tienes dudas de la cocina por inducción, verás que es una excelente alternativa de la cocina con gas.

Don’t buy because it includes the pan – If you’re buying this because of the pan, don’t. The pan is super thin and burned in 2 minutes on cooktop.

Induction is how real cooks cook – Induction is precise temp control. At my prior home I had induction glass too and I missed it so much I purchased this little number to cook outside. Biggest pro aside from indiction is the timer. So far a great product.

Mostly okay – Decent cooktop. Some annoyances but generally it does what it is supposed to do. I find it works extremely well for some things and not so well for others. Yesterday I made spaghetti using the included pan. I have never cooked pasta so quickly before so that was fun. The spaghetti sauce was a bit tricky to bring to a low simmer. I found the heat to be too concentrated on any setting causing big spatters from the center and uneven heating. I found the best result to be on the 300w setting which actually is 900w pulsed on for a few seconds and then off for a few seconds. I ended up with a black ring about the size of a doughnut burned to the bottom of the pan which was fun.

Excellent induction cooktop – I’ve been using this cooktop since March 2019. Heats up nearly instantly, heats evenly, and doesn’t pump out a bunch of extra heat like an electric burner, keeping the kitchen cool (very important to me).
