Totally NOT disappointed! – I was a little apprehensive about this order. There were so many grumbles about damaged boxes and dented units. Fortunately for me, everyone that handled my particular fridge was a professional. So many grumbles about the unit being noisy and not working well. I have done professional hvac and refrigeration, as one of my certified trades. I opened the box and inspected the unit, perfect condition! I I allowed it to stand for 24 hours, before starting it, to allow any bit of oil & refrigerant time to settle back into the compressor. Upon start up, it was so quiet that I actually laid my hand on the compressor, to make sure that it was running! Set the thermostat at 5, the highest setting, to cool the fridge before putting anything in it. After 3 hours, the freezer was at 9° and the fridge at 33°! I reset the thermostat at 3 1/2 zone and loaded my food. The freezer now stays at 28° and the fridge at 38° and maintaining. So I’m definitely a happy camper!

Small and convenient (it came with an indent) – Its small and convenient and keeps the cold evenly. Its energy efficient and price friendly, but I have to agree with other reviewers in that it comes dented. Mine came with a horizontal line as an indentation in the bottom of the front door. I needed the refrigerator and the other benefits surpassed this minus, It is being used in a horse barn tack room, so I did not pay much attention to the line / dent on the door. It looks like when the door was been assembled or when the packaging of the product took place the refrigerator was put against a bar or pushed against something that left that horizontal line imprinted in the front door.

7.5 cubic feet does not equal 7.5 feet – A hard lesson for me to have learned. This thing is short and slim, be forewarned. Bought it to replace an old, heavily damaged fridge in my office space and uncertain if it’ll be big enough for everyone. Still need to plug it in and get it running; will update review when it is. Only damage from shipping was a crack in the bottom drawer. I can see how things may get busted up though, as the tape meant to hold the door shelves is pretty weak. They had fallen out and were all jumbled and loose inside the fridge when I first opened it up. There was also a giant wet spot on the box in the area of the fridge’s cooling mechanism? at the bottom- a little dubious about that. We’ll see if it runs fine though, fingers crossed.

Good but not for it’s price. – As some have mentioned, there’s a risk you take with getting this(like many things on Amazon), and I understand it has to do with how well the delivery man treats your product and how the company stores it, but mine did have a slight dent on the bottom. Also, and I could just be dumb, but mine doesn’t sit properly, like I think I need to adjust the feet on it?
