Great stove top, good support, so far! – Easy to install provided you get the right connectors and plumbers tape used properly. The only complaint is that the screws for the backing plates were missing from the order. No big deal because surely they size is specified somewhere? Nope! Simple enough, call for the specified size to prevent having to but a variety pack of metric screws. They were responsive as they could be (3 days for what should have been a simple answer) but unfortunately what they told me, M4 20mm was incorrect. They were wrong and now i have to go and by the variety pack and figure it out myself

Two Stoves – Two Bad Regulators – Wasted $150 on cutout counter top. First stove too high of as pressure stove passed gas when valves off then ignited with an explosion. Amazon replaces and second stove NO GAS – second regulator bad. What can I do. VERY DIFFICULT to get product support or a new regulator.

Nearly burned my garage down. – I did my homework and heavily researched this product. Hooked this up to propane checked the line for leaks and fully assembled per the manual. Wanted to test this before permanently installing into my camper. Turned the valve and a large amount of flames came out from inside the burner itself. Not from the top where it should come out not from the hose connection but from the internal parts of this product. I turned the valve to a lower setting thinking this may be the issue. Nope. It did the same thing sending flames everywhere from inside the unit. Thought the flame was out the second time looked inside the unit and flames were still rolling inside. Used my fire extinguisher to put out the flame. Had to have some kind of internal leak. I will never use this product again and have since thrown it all away. After seeing what I have seen and how unbelievably dangerous it is I want nothing to do with this company. If you do buy it give it a few good test runs because this product will burn your property down.

VAN conversion: READ THIS. You need new regulator! – This is a nice stove. It’s setup for propane, BUT – the regulator that comes with it is NOT suitable for normal “gas grill” 20lb tanks. You need to use a regular old gas grill regulator or an adjustable high pressure regulator.
