Learning curve – There is definitely a learning curve going to a ceramic cooking surface. A couple of our pans were more rounded and those won’t work. It has to be a flat, level, smooth bottom pan to work. Kind of hard to see the lights that tell you if it’s on or not and what level you have it on. Wish they were brighter or maybe a different color would show up better. Overall it’s worked very well and we are happy with it.

Sleek, Easy to Use & Clean, Affordable – I read soooo many reviews on this model and many others like it before purchasing. But I love mine. Admittedly I’m not that picky, but it was easy to install (my contractors), sleek, and easy to use. My fav part is it letting me know which burners are still hot or warm after you turn them off. It is super sensitive. So as you’re cooking on one burner, if you or something touches the press place for another burner it will turn on. You have to watch for that but other than that its so easy to clean and use.

A lot of features for a low price. – I ordered this cook top because it would fit into the cut out already cut into my granite counter top, the price, and the variety of burner sizes, (two of the burners are duel sized). Now I need to get used to using it! The old cook top with knobs was easier to use, but this totally flat top is nice! It turns on with a very light touch, a burner came on just by wiping over the controls with a tea towel. It came very fast, and was very easy to install , I’m a 68 year old lady and installed it myself. It heats up very fast and cools down slowly. It has a locking feature, and a timer feature to turn off automatically. Only complaint is that it is extremely difficult to wipe off smudges. I have only had it for 2 days, and so far I like it!!.

Hard to keep clean but easy to clean – The installation was very easy and straight forward. The burners are easily turned on with just a light touch with the ball of your finger. Other reviews claim burners can turn on with the slightest touch from any object, or even a drop of a feather. I have never had that problem. It is very sensitive, a light touch will turn it on, but I have to actually touch the power button with my finger to turn it on. The biggest problem is it gets dirty with smudges very easily. But using Weiman Glass Cook Top Cleaner and Polish, cleans well, very easy clean retaining that nice, smooth, clean, polished, like new look. Very nice cooktop, easy clean, looks great

Easy Install – First, packaging is good, two boxes and enough antishock material, installation is a breeze (was replacing an older one from another manufacturer), Kitchen looks great for the price (no bezel, just plain black glass look), enough heat for any task, one thing we havent been able to master is the Powerburn and the instruction manual is not clear enough on how to use it, STRONGLY recommend to buy any clean/wipe/scratch kit (it should come with one) because it gets dirty quick and nasty.
