Product highlights :
Are you tired of those cheap lightweight floor cleaners that don’t actually work? Would you like to own a Floor Cleaner that really deep cleans and is designed to cut your cleaning time in half? Do you believe in “Buy once and buy right”? If so then that is exactly what the Prolux Core 13 inch heavy duty floor cleaner with 5 year warranty is designed to do!
PROLUX CORE FEATURES- Comes with 50 ft. extension cord, industries only adjustable handle for different user heights, large rubber wheels to easily roll from job to job or upstairs, and scrubs in both directions at the same time for a deeper clean.
GREAT FOR ANY FLOOR SURFACE – The Core can handle it all! It scrubs, strips, waxes, buffs, sands, polishes, cleans and refinishes any floor surface. It also works as a great tile scrubber and cleaner as well!
RANDOM ORBIT MOTOR – Outdated traditional commercial buffers use buffer heads that only spin in one direction. This can cause swirl and sanding marks, gouges and other damage to your floors. The Core uses a Random Orbit motor to clean in both directions and avoid these issues.
STANDARD VERSION – This version includes the heavy-duty scrubbing brush for hard surfaces, concrete, tile and more. For other floor surfaces check out the Prolux Core in the “Deluxe Version” (loaded with tons of cleaning pads) or simply buy the additional Prolux cleaning pads you need.

Decent but not worth the price – Its easy to use but the pad tends to come off often. The brush don’t seem to spin just rattle and shake until it comes off. It could be a little heavier too. I would recommend finding something else, i might just do too. I miss the full size buffers from my Army days, they got the job done with less effort.

Needs to come with pad holder. – The product is a workhorse and performs well. It wasn’t clear that the buffer pad holder didn’t come with it, only the brush. I have checked the website to purchase pad holder but only see the 15 inch and not the 13 inch. Will call company direct tomorrow to see if I can get attachments needed to complete the job.

Great Machine for the Buck! – I have a 3200 sq. ft. building / barn that gets pretty dirty at times! I have been wanting a commercial scrubber for a while but they are just to expensive for what I need it for until I came across this one! I just spray a part of the floor with water and cleaner mix and let the blue machine do its majic! Then I mop it up with a commercial mop and sqeeze bucket and you can eat off the floor it’s so clean! Easy to clean up and store! Would buy another one in a heart beat! I’ve only put about 10 hrs on it but it worked great and I’m ready to add some additional pads to it so I can wax the floors etc….

A solid feeling buffer with a strong motor. Seems well built to me. – I have used this to clean a basement floor made of vinyl tiles which hadn’t been cleaned for many years. The last time I cleaned it I used a rental buffer which worked fine but was a pain to handle, transport and lug down the stairs. The floor went too long between cleaning (my fault of course) and was just all marred up with drag marks, stains and heal marks. After clean with heavy duty stripper the mop water was filthy but the stains remained. The prolux core with a 3m red buffing pad made short work of the stains and got the floor to look as good as it could look. I plan to use the prolux with blue micro fiber buffing pads to keep it clean going forward. Our home is all hard wood flooring and I will try it out in the next few months to see how well it cleans them. To use the buffing pad you lift the prolux and “drop” it onto the friction fit pad attachment but when you put the handle down that mechanism is so tight you really have push down which raises the base off the pad attachment resulting in a less than good fit. When you tilt it forward it re-engages the handle lock and you get to start all over. Arggh. It the one feature I dislike but, I really, really dislike it. I think I may take the spring out so the release pedal will go down with a light tap. Then to re-engage it I know I would need to tap it back into place when the handle is upright.

Buffer Zone – Having looked for a small buffer to use on my wood floors that require periodic waxing. This fits the job perfectly because it’s compact and easy to store. It only got four stars because I was unaware that in order to use buffing pads you need to buy the pad holder attachment, a $50 item. I’m not sure how many people will only use the brush attachment, but I expect many will also want to use pads, thus the overall cost gets a boost.

Perfect size household scrubber/buffer – This is a nice size buffer/scrubber for household use. The random orbit feature makes it easy to control. The weight is just right not too heavy nor too light. Long power cord is a welcome feature. Motor appears to be strong and reliable. The collapsible handle is somewhat hard to extend and collapse, however it may loosen up with use. Main disappointment was with Amazon, the unit I received had been a returned item, box still had original shipping labels plus shipping wear.
