Great purchase – I was so tired of drinks taking up my fridge space, and this has solved the problem. I keep it on my carport, near the door. It’s awesome! It is also useful during the holidays when I have access food, but mostly I use it for drinks: water, beer, soda and Gatorade.

These are beautiful but… – I do like these refrigerators, however, there are some things you might want to know. In terms of the ACTUAL units, they are beautiful. I really like how they look, the size, etc. and the fact they keep things cold – they are first class.

Good value so far. – My opinion beverage refrigerators are over priced across the board. To replace my True unit would have been $5k. This unit appeared to provide the best value when it comes to price and warranty. I have had the unit for over a month now and am very satisfied. The delivery was good and unit has run flawlessly since, running acceptably quiet and maintaining ~45F. It does not get as cold as the True unit, but 45F is acceptable. I am hoping for several years of problem free operation.

Great cooler – Great cooler, looks good but disappointed that you can’t turn off the light.

Perfect Size for Indoor Beverage Cooler – The fridge arrived with good packaging, however, there was still some damage to the back top panel but it’s minor and doesn’t effect the performance of the cooler and with it being in the back I was okay keeping it. When I plugged it in it was quiet but when the fan kicked in it made a loud rattling noise that was unbearable. I contacted their support and had a support member listen to the sound and he agreed that it shouldn’t be that loud. He asked me to send video and proof of purchase and they would schedule a tech to come look at the issue. I waited for over a week and didn’t get a response after reaching out a couple more times. Then my brother visited and I showed him the problem and in less than 10 mins he fixed it. It appears that the front panel where the fan is located was not bolted securely and when the fan kicked on it would hit a metal plate in the back causing it to rattle and shake. He added a thin piece of styrofoam between the two plates and screwed it tightly. Noise gone. I’m keeping the unit but wanted to say I was disappointed in their support service. Overall it’s been working great and cools drinks well.
