COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT: The compact and lightweight design of the Portable Washing Machine makes this ideal for places where space is limited such as for camping or in a caravan. It does not require plumbing and uses built in drainage pump to drain away. Only requires access to water and a drain area. The drain pipe will still need to be lower than the washing machine when using.
WASH & SPIN TIMER: The wash cycle can run up to 15 minutes on either a soft or normal wash and the spin cycle can run up to 5 minutes which means the clothes can be washed for the time required. The Spin section will start draining as soon as wet clothes are added so ensure that the drainage pipe is adequately positioned.
EASY TO USE: Simple to use simply add clothes, water and detergent and set the machine to wash. Once done give it a spin to try out and rinse through. Now includes a Lint Filter which, when placed in the wash section, will float on the water collecting any debris (string, lint etc).

Spinner works when it wants – Honestly, I’m glad I got it despite some bad reviews. It’s lasted me a month and a half so far, and with good care I think it’ll last long. Only problem is after a couple (maybe 5-6) loads the spinner stops working and it needs a little break to start working again. It also takes forever to dry in the spinner so I hang clothes once it’s not soaked. Overall, it’s saved me money and trips to the laundry Matt. The drain pump is strong and I don’t have the washer higher it’s not necessary. Just comes out a little slower. Let’s see how long it’ll last 🙂 also it’s good for small loads..

Needs to be higher or at same height of drainhole for it to drain – -I use this in my bathtub with a hand-held shower head. It needs to be at level or higher than the drain for it to drain all the water.

Life-Changing – I had something like this years ago, but it did not have a drain pump, and emptying it into the tub was a hassle. This one, though. I bought two washing machine hoses and attached it to my washer hookups (hot on wash, cold on rinse). In a two-person household, this washer is perfect for making sure we have full access to our entire wardrobe at all times. We usually do one small load a day. We no longer have to run to the laundromat every week, which is a huge time-saver. We usually wash in hot water, then transfer to the spinner, and run cold water spray for one minute while it spins, and then let it go for the remaining four minutes with the water off. The only change I make is if we are washing towels, then I will do the same process, but transfer back into the wash with plain hot water (no soap) and let it go for ten minutes, the back into the spinner with no water for five minutes.

Nice machine, bad customer service from Think Gizmos/Paramount – The machine is very nice and easy to use. Its a bit of a process compared to larger more conventional washing machines of putting clothes in machine, soap, then when its done, put in dryer or hang up clothes. There are steps from washing, draining, transfer clothes to spin side, back to wash side to rinse, then lastly to spin side again. I dont mind it because I feel I have more control of my clothes, especially more gentle items. My main complaint is the water inlet and drain hoses are cheaply made. My inlet hose got a small hole after only 5 weeks of normal use. The manufacturer was not helpful at all when I asked in numerous emails for a replacement. Ultimately they told me to go get a hose at a hardware store. Not good customer service. I did go get a stronger hose at Ace Hardware for $20, but the hose I got originally should have been better quality to begin with.
