Nice looking Wall Oven – The oven arrived sooner than expected, As soon as the delivery man set it on the ground we opened the box inspected the oven. It was in perfect condition. I brought it in the house to the kitchen. Read the instructions and operating manual. Got everything I needed to connect the power. My wife and I lifted it up into the slot where our old oven set. It slid right in place like it was made for it. Fit just right. The hardest part was getting to my hardwire junction box. It was not difficult but had to remove the microwave to be able to get the wiring. Turned the power on set the time and no problems then or since that time. Works great cooks great. This is a good wall oven.

Overall great appliance – Has been six months since purchase and delivery, so I guess this would be a good time to talk about it. There were some delays with delivery, but because I was in no hurry, I was fine with it. Every time I had to contact the Seller, they were always quick to respond. I overall like this unit, but I do believe that the heat from the microwave is not as powerful as my 15+ old one, maybe it’s a 800 watts instead of a thousand, I’m not sure, but I really like that the door opens to the side and not down like the majority of the new ones, I also like that the panel settings are individual for each unit, If one appliance breaks down you only have to deal with (or replace) that one and not both.. One little annoyance on the microwave is the power level feature which most people don’t use, but I do a lot (specially to reheat steaks & chicken, when warming up on half the power they don’t dry up, it keeps the juice and taste just like it was in the steakhouse ), but when I’m using it in this unit it doesn’t give me any sign that it’s on or it has accepted my settings. It just show regular cooking settings like I have never set the power. I cannot comment on the oven much because I haven’t use it many times since my purchase, but one thing I can comment is about the fan noise, I don’t like that. I wish it was quite, like ovens suppose to be. I rated four stars because of the little issue happening on the oven panel (photo attached), I contacted the Seller and he replied saying that my return window was only 30 days (I’m not looking to return), he also suggested that I should contact Frigidaire, which I just did and they are sending a local technician for repair tomorrow Jun 9th, pretty quick. If they can fix it I’ll be very happy and will have to return here for an update. We’ll see.

Never worked – The delivery company dropped it off and try to leave at the front door without bringing it inside… It’s heavy so how am I supposed to get it in the house? I finally got them to bring it inside and they weren’t going to unpackage it for me. But I wanted to see it to make sure there’s no cracks or dents. It’s a $4000 item! They finally unpackaged it. I asked him to take the boxes and pallets with them and they refused and said it would cost more money. I said I’ll pay the extra but I have no place to the packaging and pallet. But the biggest problem is… It doesn’t work. Never worked. I get an F045 message error. Unreal

Great microwave/oven combo unit – Really like this microwave/oven combo unit. It fit perfectly in the spot where our older unit was. Our older unit had a microwave that opened from the top so it was hard for me to reach inside it. This microwave opens to the side, so it is much more accessible. Love the pull out shelf in the oven. Also love the way the controls are positioned and they don’t show the fingerprints like my old unit did. And the microwave is more powerful. Very good value for the money. Do recommend you get someone experienced to do the installation. The unit is heavy and there may be some work needed to get it all hooked up properly. Fortunately for us, the design was similar to our old unit, so not much medication needed to be done to get it all hooked up.

Does not work and the vendor is not responding to my complaint – After using the oven for approximately. Once you start the preheating the oven shutdown with an error message F045 Err.
