Broke after 2 months – The ice tray broke just outside of the Amazon return window. Contacted the seller and they basically did nothing but tell me to exchange it thru Amazon but it’s out of the exchange window. So I have taken it apart and found the hub on the ice trac is broken where it attaches to the tilt motor. Since they won’t do anything to resolve this issue I’ll have to fix it myself. When it works it works good but definitely shouldn’t have broken only after 3 months of use

Only worked for 4 months – If I could give this a zero star I would, My ice maker I bought in July now no longer works. Short lived if there’s a warranty it was never sent to me I don’t even know how to get a replacement do not recommend purchasing an ice maker that only works for four months? Not worth your money

Ice melts as fast as it makes it – The ice melts as fast as it makes it. I started transferring it to my freezer and now I basically have a block of ice in my ice container. It is fast and quiet.
