Good light weight unit – This unit is nice for its ease of use. The scrubber worked great at stripping wax from concrete. The only issue I have is the buffing and polishing pads are clipped on and the clip pushes the pads in so the full surface of the pads are not touching the ground.

Perfect for my needs – What a great unit! It’s just like the Regina Floor Polisher my mother had back in the 60s — it even uses the same brushes. I had to scrub the bare concrete floor in the basement with cleaning solution, then a water rinse, an etching solution, and water rinse again. This machine saved me from hours of back-breaking manual labor with a scrub brush. I’m also using it for tile floors in my bathroom shower, and to remove mildew from the deck. Strongly recommended. (P.S. It does have a slightly more “industrial” look than that old Regina, but no one beside you is ever going to see it, so who cares?)

Look For a Higher End item – Works alright, but if I had more knowledge of the unit before purchase I would not have bought it. The pads are short lived, and service call left much to be desired as to knowledge of the unit, its use, and the accessories. My experience with the unit leaves much to be desired. The wood floors show no improvement in luster. Note, the merchandiser was very accommodating, but my overall experience is disappointing regarding the product. I guess, it comes down to you get what you pay for.

Love it. – This is a replacement for my old one luke it. I use the scrub brushes to polish. That works best on all floors.

Waste of Money – I dislike the fact that only edges of the pads touch the floor because the rest of it is attached by the plastic holder. Why not design the machine so that the pads adhere to a solid surface instead of them being attached on top of the hard brushes? The brushes should come of so the pads are attached to a solid surface. Unfortunately, the brushes somehow wears out the pads causing scaring to the hardwood floors! Waste of money.

I Would Have Given This A Five Star if not for the Poor Condition That I Received Them. – The first one I received was in very bad shape with the whole front of the plastic casing in many pieces. I did return it and the time to get a new one re-shipped was fast, which I really appreciated. The next one arrived and there was a missing gouged out piece in the back of this one. Since I really wanted to get my floors done before company arrived, I decided that this one would probably not be compromised by the broken piece, so kept it. Also there was suppose to be a small screw that attached to the electrical box that then to the handle. That was missing. I found one that worked in my trip to Lowe’s so that is now alright. Other than the two broken ones that I received – I do like this machine. Works very well and is light weight so easy to use.
