      A great investment at a great price – I ordered this machine mainly to remove floor wax..I’ve also used it to clean carpet..However,this machine does not remove excess water from carpet.it is easy to use but heavy when taking up stairs for upstairs room carpet.Came with only a straight bar for handle and not the t bar that was pictured.

      VERY EASY TO SET UP AND USE. – I USED IT ON MY CARPET IT DID A GREAT JOB. VERY EASY TO USE.DID AS GOOD A JOB AS PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANERS.

      Buyer beware. Item not returnable. – The scrubber broke before cleaning one room. The hardwood scrubber pads kept falling off and the plastic pieces that hold them on scratched my 100 year old original hardwood floor in two places. The unit also kept falling over and the tank came apart. I tried to return the unit but it says it’s not returnable. I ended up on my hands and knees to clean the floors. If I could give it a zero I would. I messaged the seller and will update this review if they get back to me with some sort of resolution.

      I would not recomend this one – Hard to use , walks all over the floor and splatters are sent all over the baseboards..The water tank will not stay in place, keeps falling off . for the money I spent on this I’m very disappointed in the product

      I wish I could have gotten it returned before the time was up. I don’t like it. – I didn’t like that the pad clips are plastic and they don’t stay connected. The scrubber splatters real bad. It also tips easily and the solution spills out.
