As described… the protection plastic is a pain to remove but nothing else. – Only installed 3 weeks ago. As described but will update.

Does the Job and Then Some – This is a powerful fan, it has several speeds which we have jokingly named power up, runway and takeoff. It definitely not whisper quiet but we had that with our old fan and it didn’t clear the smoke and smells like this one does. It is sleek and well hidden behind the vent hood cover we made. Highly recommend.

Ordered two. Both had broken parts. Buttons feel cheap. Fan is loud. – I ordered two of these. Both arrived broken. A large part of the bottom of the range hood (the stainless steel part that is exposed after installation) was completely broken off of the hood. It was only attached with tack welds rather then being properly welded. The broken metal was badly bent, making it impossible to fully repair. I thought maybe the first one was a fluke, so i returned for a second. It arrived in the same condition. The fan is rather noisy, but that is to be expected with a fan of this size and relatively low price point. The buttons also feel cheap. Overall, it is a nice looking range hood, but fails to deliver a satisfactory experience.

Looks great under my cabinet! – Looks and works great so far. The only inconvenience was when I changed the top vent to the back. I had to figured out how to move the power cord from the top of the unit to the back. I had to cut the power cord and buy electrical cables to reinstalled the power cord to the back. The manufacture should have made easier to redirect the power cord since moving the vent from the top to the back is an option.

Great hood – Bought two of them for a 60″ long enclosure. One was slightly damaged but I managed to make it work.

Great value for price – This unit very quiet on the two lowest settings and moves a significant amount of air on these settings. On medium and high it gets a little loud boy not bad, you can’t move that much air without some sound.

The customer service was AMAZING – This particular model actually is described wrong and hopefully they corrected the issue. I believe it’s described as front and rear facing but it turns out it’s only faces the front if I remember my husband’s words. At any rate my husband called the company and this happened in the middle of construction. Thank goodness we lived close enough that my husband drove to Monrovia got the right item which seemed to cost more because it has more features and they didn’t charge us for the difference. I like companies that fix the issues and goes out of their way to stand behind their products and makes sure the customer is happy! We’ve installed the right model and it’s AWESOME
