The connections came crooked and did not fit correctly into one another – I really wanted to give this 5 stars the product is beautiful. The problem is it leaks like a sieve I used the yellow tape on it still leaked. This was not an issue with the installer this is an issue with the stove itself. The connection to the stove is crooked it came crooked. There was no instructions on how to install it or any safety instructions. I had to run down the road and get yellow tape. always check your connections with soapy water if there is a leak you will see it bubble just as if you were blowing bubbles . I would have a licensed professional do this if I didn’t know what I was doing but for the ordinary Joe, stay away unless you want a headache or worse yet injuries or death! This really needs to come with instructions and picture instructions and safety instructions! Safety safety safety always first! I took off two stars because they did not come with safety instructions nor did it come with instructions with how to install it

Works so far – Seems like all the stoves in this category are equally bad, but so far this one has been working for me. As expected based on reviews, the included regulator did not work. Since this stove requires super low input pressure (I found it somewhere when I was ordering but haven’t been able to find the exact number again) you’ll probably want to get a gas hose that has a proper regulator built in. I purchased this one ( https://www.amazon.com/DOZYANT-Universal-Pressure-Regulator-Replacement/dp/B01LW2YZMJ ). It regulates to 11 inches of water which is incredibly close to what this unit specifies. If you feed it higher pressures you’ll end up with a dangerously huge flame!

No instructions! – This item came with zero instructions and no contact number to speak with someone life. So if you don’t know what you are doing, you will be lost. The fittings for the propane don’t have all the parts you need. No videos on how to with this particular Model at all. I might return it.

Great until it shattered – This stove worked great for 2 years until one day it shattered. There was no impact on the glass. It just shattered after my wife cooked on it and then turned it off. I think the temperature change shattered it. It’s tempered glass, so the whole thing shattered, but held together

Great but not Best – Looks great. Easy to install. A little thick; my pots and pans sit very high on my counter now. I may have to replace my vent hood…. Easy to clean but lots of parts to each burner. Glass gets hot though; all the edges get hot when cooking longer than 15 ish minutes. 4/5 overall.
