      I can’t turn it on – OK, this might be a 5-star product, and if I can ever figure out how to turn it on, I’ll come back and revise my rating (I’m giving it 2 stars just because I would feel bad giving it only 1 if the problem is my ignorance). Anyway, I’m in a residence-type hotel with a kitchenette that has this stove top in it. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to make it work. I turn the knobs, but nothing lights up and the burners never even get warm, let alone hot. Is there a master switch somewhere that I’m not seeing?
