Great nugget ice maker – Being a huge fan of nugget ice, I’ve done some product researches and decided to give kbice a shot. Looks like this is the upgrated model with stainless design and LED indocator panel compared to its 1st generation model. Package arrived in great condition without any damage to the box or to the unit inside. As I opened the box and set it up, what surprised me is there are 12 small packs of citric acid inside the unit for descale and clean the unit. After cleaning the unit, I add purified water, hit make ice button, wait for around 30 minutes and nugget ice is here! My husband loves how convenient it is to have a self dispensing ice maker at home and my kids love its chewable texture. I will definitely share this fantastic product with my friends. I’ve been using this one for 7 days and its ice production capacity is good for our family use. Worth it!
