Faulty thermocouple and no contact information – Remarkable customer service that has caused me to upgrade rating to a 5. Company insisted on sending me a replacement after I had an issue with the first one that I thought I could fix. History of rating: Item arrived quickly and appeared to be in good condition, but when I went to install after very short return window had expired, the thermocouple on one burner appeared to be faulty. Burner won’t stay lit. I will pursue with Amazon since I cannot find any contact information. UPDATE: Company contacted me quickly via Amazon. Since then, i have gotten the burner working. Love the cooktop, and hope there are no more issues. Company has said it will replace if it fails. Accordingly, i rerated the product at 4

Cannot adjust flame – Easy to install, I converted to LPG that was also easy. What I have not been able to do is adjust the flame as shown in the videos. I’d really love to have a very low setting for simmering instead of having to turn it off and on constantly. Nobody to contact to ask a question.
