Having used the Braava I’d still buy it again. Without hesitation this time. – I was skeptical when I bought the little Braava but bought it anyway because I needed help to do a better job than I had been doing. I wasn’t expecting much from the Braava, though — more “hoping” than “expecting”.

Helps you do the things you know you should (like regular mopping) while you are working on something else! – This was one of many roomba products I have. I actually have four roombas on schedulers that vacuum the house on Tues/Thurs/Sunday. This little guy is a very welcome addition to our home. First of all – my wife and I are very busy and have three kids and host people at our house regularly for church events or just for fun. I am amazed my wife can get the laundry, dishes, all the errands she does and also teach the kids. With my work, trying to do things with our church, and spending time with kids and wife, it was really hard for either of us to get around to dusting, mopping and vacuuming as much as we should. I made the move and bought some Roombas on ebay. I also bought this mop on Amazon and have never regretted it.

– I got this as a Christmas present for myself and I love how much floor this machine can cover. However, it is only May 7, 2018, and the machine will not work because it keeps telling me that the cleaning mop is not aligned up properly. It is incredible annoying as except for tapping the cloth head back and forth, it just will not run. I have to contact the customer service as I can not get it to work anymore even after fiddling with the alignment of the machine. Disappointing but love it when it works.

– This is one little awesome gadget. I hate sticky floors. I use the 380T every 2-3 days in kitchen area with just water to clean off food residue on the floor. I don’t even have to empty the room, the robots is able to go around the legs of table and chairs, as well as kitchen island. It really does a great cleaning job, just make sure you vacuum the floor before mopping it. For a job taking 10 mins to finish if done by hand would need roughly an hour if you use the robot. Ensure you don’t exceed the area coverage specified on the manual, or else you are dry mopping the floor using a dirty cloth.

– Thought it would be a great gift for my mother to give her one less chore to do. We are attempting to return this item as we are not happy with the quality of the cleaning after two times. We tried one of the two purchased, yet still have no return option for at least one of them. Hopefully, we can get some assistance as the customer service thus far has been less than subpar.
