Easy to use – This ice maker is so easy to use, you plug it in , add water and press start. There are multiple cube sizes. The cubes are tasteless. The best part is it makes minimal noise. The only noise it makes is when it dumps the cubes in the tray. This is a great product.

Works Great! – Love the ice maker! It can be slightly noisy but soon it is just background noise and you don’t even hear it any more. I had to move it from it’s original place in the kitchen cause it was to close to my AC thermostat, the warmer air it blows out was causing the thermostat to read higher. It is a beautiful teal color and so glad I snagged while on sale. I bought an ice bucket for the freezer hit the power button and let it run! Boom! Ice!

Loved until it quit working – I have to say that when i bought this item we were in need of a ice maker cause we use a lot of ice around here. We have one ice maker in our refrig/freezer that just can’t keep up and we got tired of buying bags of ice. We loved it at the beginning cause we bagged up a lot of the ice we made once we could keep up then the machine started acting up. Now it wont work at all it says that it is full of ice when there isn’t any in the basket. I bought it back in July not thinking I needed the warranty now I wish I would of gotten the warranty. Now now sure what to do or who to call but I’m stuck with a broken machine.

Great for small freezers – I live in an apartment and have a really small freezer. Having this enabled me to get rid of the ice trays and big ice bin, opening up almost half of the shelf! I did buy a skinny acrylic container so I could still leave some ice in the freezer. It is a little noisier than I expected, but not too terrible. It makes two sizes, small and large, but I only make the small. It looks super cute on my shelf. I am extremely pleased with it!

As Expected – The ice maker is as expected. I did dock it a star because it is rather noisy. My family has questioned what the appliance is that’s running. It’s a fan-like sound that I can tune out. Obviously, it makes noise when the ice drops, and this is, again, to be expected. I do wish the inside kept the ice that’s made cold. I end up transferring the ice to a bowl and keeping it in the freezer. I don’t like to leave it running after I have what I need.
