pleasantly surprised – I was pleasantly surprised how fast this machine produces ice!! The only thing that I wasn’t crazy about, is the noise it makes when the ice drops….but getting so accustomed to it , that I almost don’t hear it anymore. Would definitely recommend to others and would but it again!

No freezer to keep ice Frozen – Obviously, I didn’t know what to expect. The ice continually melts, the drippings get added into the reservoir to get frozen again.

Very disappointed with purchase will suffer through this one waiting to purchase one that truly works. This is not my first counter top ice maker and it is really not worth the money spent.
