Batteries – The worst part about the cordless hoover products is the battery life. I have never owned a cordless tool where the battery would only last about a year at most and still cost $50 (had one battery last about 6 months and that was a replacement they gave due to warranty and I bought another as well).

Handy with a Great Filter – Already had 2 batteries that came with a Hoover floor cleaner so the batteries were unused most of the time. Now, with the hand VAC, the batteries have a purpose and all the crumbs, etc are easily picked up and dumped into the trash

Not as expected – Product failed to work after connecting battery. No feature could be activated debris clogging system. Looks like it was used and not new because it was filthy with dirt and disease. Made a mess coming out of box. Disappointed that Amazon sent me used, non-working product.
