      Great product! – I love mine for indoor use under my kitchen counter. Easy to install, nice looking and works very well! It’s perfect!!

      A drawer type Beveridge refrigerator is handy – I looked at many of the outdoor rated refrigerators. The standard type with the door that swings out when I saw this one. I have to admit, that I was initially drawn to the unit due to price. But I started looking at features and how I would use it and became sold. I had never heard of the brand before but did some research and was satisfied that it would have sound design and engineering. Indeed it does. The drawer type allows the user to see what is inside without having to stoop or bend or squat. I also plan on using this near the outdoor kitchen and the drawers will allow me to stage food for cooking-that is I can have it ready or marinating before I actually cook. It holds a lot of items. Even when full of canned or bottle water, there is still room to lay a few wine bottles on top. It cools fast and is not too noisy. We have it inside for now while the house is being built. I have to admit, that I like it enough to want one inside too-free up the fridge and let the drawer unit handle the drinks.

      Good product excellent customer service – The kegerator is good… beer is nice and COLD!!! Only thing I’d change is how close the the taps are to each other. Hard to put your own taps on it. Part of the look of any bar is the taps… DosXX, Blue-moon etc this leaves little room for that… wish they were more of a T instead of a Y. Oh yeah the co2 does not have a tie down… a simple zip tie took care of that. The kegerator is very good but customer service is great. Have had a couple of issues and they have both been addressed timely.

After finding a phone number, I contacted Amazon Customer Service. The representative was very pleasant, but English was definitely not the preferred language. Finally transferred to someone who I could understand. I explained the problem and asked for a replacement. I was issued the return instructions and told that a new unit would ship, and I should get it in a few days. It showed up the next day.
