Awesome Customer Service! – We received this on 12.2.22 and kept it upright for the 24 hours before use then filled it with drinks, turned it on (up to 7 ) and it is not cold at all. Light is on and it is running but won’t cool our drinks. I contacted the seller and they were so quick to respond with a full refund and do not need me to send the fridge back. Such awesome customer service! I would definitely do business with them again.

Good customer service – First let me start by saying it’s an affordable fridge so don’t expect fancy, still very nice looking, so have realistic expectations I think the fridge price is fair for what you are supposed to use, I do recommend to take your time to look pictures since it might be a bit thinner than what it looks like, just highlighting that because return is not free, so avoid yourself and the seller a headache and study the dimensions and fridge material, again I feel fridge is good for price, regarding customer service definitely solid, they offer alternatives to interact outside Amazon chat making the process faster, as a business owner myself this was very helpful and I like the fact the took ownership for any mistake, that’s a game changer for me because I’m always running around with my business and having efficient interactions like this is big help, the type of thing that has help me set up almost half of my store from Amazon lol, reliable seller for sure, I would definitely buy from them again.

Perfect for upper cabinets! – I am going to add some more pictures tomorrow, but I specifically picked out this mini fridge because of its slim profile. It is very hard to find a slim fridge that is around the same depth as upper cabinets. For my laundry bar it was important that the fridge did not take up too much space. I still plan on placing a small wine rack in the area above the fridge. The temperature is very cold on 7, like things start to freeze. So we have been keeping it around 4 for our creamers and sodas that we keep in it. I have not noticed it being extra noisy. It looks nice. Contacted the seller with some cosmetic issues and they were super prompt and replied right away and were helpful. Great customer service which is a huge plus. I’m glad I bought this one and not one that is any deeper. This one is perfect for blending in on a countertop with standard upper cabinets. It’s really seamless. One tip was to add some sheet aluminum to the racks for cans. Cans kept tipping over due to the grate spacing so I picked up one sheet of decorative aluminum to lay on top of the grates. It looks so cool and makes this look luxury!

Solid With Good Value – Love the size, narrowest fridge I can find, great for small footprint. Mine came damaged but the customer service was good but not 24 hours. There is delay between time zones, I got one email a day with the time difference so it took a few days to get things handled but they stood by the product and got things worked out with me. This thing cools to 33° which is awesome, many fridges cool to just 40°. Good space and adjustable racks, nice for arranging bottles and cans as you want them. For the price it’s a great little fridge. Things I’d like to see, moveable door hinge which I didn’t realize it didn’t have until after, comes with right side hinge only. Thermostat is a 7 level dial and getting a precise temp isn’t possible. Stuff freezes at the lowest setting and trying to get to 38° has not happened, I’m 34°or 40°, can’t see to get in between, a digital thermostadt would be helpful. Solid purchase for $250
