Quit working after only 2 days – Edited- repair person came out and said the circuit board was bad so they ordered a new one. 10 days later they repair guy is here now and the new circuit board didn’t fix the problem. We even paid an electrician to come replace the breaker, just in case that was the issue.

After 2-years Still Happy With GE Cooktop – Our existing 36″ GE cooktop quit working after 10-years of flawless service. Excellent price on-line with quick and flawless delivery. My daughter removed the old cooktop and the new one fit easy peazy into the old space without any hiccups or problems. Appliance is now two years plus and performing without any problems. Cleaning is something you have to keep on top of – scraping burnt food with razor blade device and final polish with 409 and a microcloth leaves the surface shining like a baby’s you know what. Matches both my GE refrigerator and micro/oven combo looks great in my kitchen.
