Large capacity – Both drums are huge and allow you to do full sized loads. I’ve been able to wash my long sized quilts and bedding without any issues. One time a shirt got caught in the washer drum and took some elbow grease and patience to work loose. And a drawstring from my sweatpants got caught in the dryer but other than that I have been completely satisfied with this unit.

It works great!! – I purchased this with fear lol I mean, who buys a major appliance online? It arrived a week before they promised it would and I have been THRILLED! The Large capacity of both the washer bin and dryer make washing heavy winter quilts a breeze! I <3 the Optimal setting on the dryer ....

To be determined – So far we spent full price money for a washer and dryer that are not working correctly. I do have to say that GE has sent out a service person and he said that my shocks to the washer are not good-weird because it’s brand new. We have only used the washer three times and then called for repair. As long as they fix it and it works I will be super happy:)

Great for convenience – This unit is great for convenience in a small house and max 4 adults . As for the life of this unit that is another matter. Dryers and Washers are designed to wear out! Purchase the extended warranty plan for your unit! It pays for itself in the long run….but. If your into repairing your appliances the order system is fraught with many pitfalls and stupid people. When ordering parts they ALWAYS want to sell you what you do not need. Just have patience when ordering . Be sure of you serial and model numbers of your unit! Stay safe! Stay Healthy!

Good capacity for small footprint, clothes smell musty – Needs better part labels and setup instructions. Also, our clothes always come out smelling a little musty.

Larger capacity than I thought – This thing is a beast. It washes and dries a bigger load than my old side by side units. It has a bunch of settings that I finally decided I didn’t really need, I just use the auto setting unless I really need something special. Washes and dries pretty quick and it’s rather quiet. Also the final spin cycle squeezes so much water out of the clothes they don’t take long to dry.
