      I think it is ridiculous not to give the customer … – I think it is ridiculous not to give the customer the choice of getting a 3-prong or 4-prong cord with the machine. Most people (male and female) would expect an electric cord to be attached to the appliance. If it is replacing an item, the purchaser would know if their outlet supported a 3-prong or 4-prong cord and could be given the suggestion to upgrade to a 4-prong if feasible. I had no idea the appliance would not come with a plug. At least offer the cord in conjunction with the purchase of the appliance.
