Not what I expected – One of the feet underneath was too short compared to the others so it wobbles, it makes a lot of noise, the ice is wet and melts quickly, so I have to move it to a freezer and then it clumps up. It’s ok for what Inpaid but it’s not what I expected and is a bit disappointing.

Great product with an IMPORTANT NOTE – The product stopped working after about two months but is now, for whatever reason, working again. The sensor was reading “Ice Full” when it was completely empty. I cleaned it, still didn’t work. I finally got around to returning it and it decided to start working again. No idea what caused it to start working, however just know that products may be unreliable. It comes with a one-year warranty through Galanz which is a huge plus. Please note that it’s also practically impossible to entirely take apart to troubleshoot. I was going to try fixing it myself but reaching the sensor was never gonna happen.

Pretty great – I ordered this because I have a child and pups that LOVE to eat ice. The ice it makes is pretty good too, not super hard. It’s like perfect chewing ice. It does take a while to make a decent amount of ice and doesn’t hold much ice really. It’s great for like a glass of whatever throughout the day but it’s definitely not going to do anything for a larger family or a party.

Solid But Slow – This unit is adequate buy don’t expect to make a bucket of ice in minutes. It takes about 4-5 hours to fill the bucket with ice. It is not loud but noticeable when running. I see very little difference between small and large ice cubes.

Wow this little portable kitchen top icemaker is amazing – Literally in less than 10 minutes I had my first batch of ice. I put in my sparklets water in the basin put the little basket in turned it on I slept large ice cubes first and literally before 10 minutes I had my first batch you hear the fan but it’s not overpowering you actually forget about it when you walk away and it’s not a freezer so just remember you got to put that ice in the freezer but if you’re like me live in apartment have a small freezer a big bag of ice from the store takes up lotta room if you go camping or you have a beautiful outdoor patio barbecue area this would be perfect and for the price It’s a steel… I literally just got it delivered and have already done my batches of ice and I’m happy .. I never have to paper bag of ice again I can just make it fresh at home doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter I’d give it 10 stars
