Good. Not miraculous, but good. – When you just don’t want to break out the vacuum cleaner, this is a whole lot better than doing nothing. It’s not a miracle though. It doesn’t clean as well as something with good suction, but it may do a better job than you’d expect for such a simple device.

Needs to be a little bigger. – I was disappointed with the size. I thought it would be bigger. Haven’t used it much but does seem to pick up fairly good.

Tested removal of cat hair, cat litter and cat litter dust on high-pile carpet, medium-pile area rug and porcelain tile floors – I have a multi-cat household, including two long-haired cats, and I needed something that would pick up cat hair and cat litter on all of my floor surfaces so that I didn’t need to bring out my vacuum cleaner daily. I have a vacuum that uses disposable bags rather than being bagless and I didn’t want to be filling up a bag with cat hair and having to change the bag frequently or get cat litter dust throughout my high-end vacuum cleaner. The reviews for the different brands of carpet sweepers and the different models of Fuller Brush sweepers were confusing but I bought the Fuller Brush 17052 Electrostatic Carpet Sweeper based on my experience with Fuller Brush products and hoped it would meet my needs. I have a Prime membership and the sweeper was delivered today (Sunday) two days after I ordered it. NOTE: Although the picture of the item on amazon.com is pink, mine is a bright red.

Wow and more wow – It arrived and my husband had gotten it off of the porch for me. I assembled it after I got done with other things around the house and I was about to say “I can try it out tomorrow so I don’t wake anyone.” Then I remembered it doesn’t make noise!!!!!! It’s midnight and I just cleaned the entire first floor from kitchen and dining to living and hall. On the first floor we have some wood some carpet and it cleaned it ALL!!!!! Not only that but the movement to use the brush will tighten your abs and arms especially when you are on the carpet! Wow I love it! So glad fuller brush co is still in business!

Great for Pet Hair and Crumbs – Does a surprisingly good job of picking up hair and small stuff from carpet. (Not effective on bare floors, but it’s not meant for that).

good for messy birds – I like this old school carpet sweeper. We have six little birds that leave bird seeds all over the floor. I like to have this pretty little sweeper to easily get the visible stuff off the floor then use the small powerful vacuum. I saw thinking about a robo vac for a while but decided to get this after I saw the natural bristle and other good features and good reviews. I like how it will make our vacuum bags last longer and there is nothing to plug in and just a thin little stick in the corner when not in use. Lol

Size of unit – This unit picks up debris well and is easy to clean. It is, however, much smaller than it appears. You’ll have to make more passes over the rugs to get all of the areas. I’m older, and remember when these units were larger.
