Very poor customer service from the provider – Not Amazon – I ordered this at 6:00 p.m. one day, and tried to cancel before noon the following day. I was told that in that short time frame it had already been picked up for shipping and that I would be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. I was astounded. With Amazon you usually have at least a few days to make a return, without charge. Even though a friend had given me a washer the next morning after ordering this, which I advised their customer service, they refused to waive the $140.00 restocking fee. I just didn’t see the point of having to pay that exorbitant fee, and agreed to keep the washer. I paid an installer $100.00 to set up the washer, but after three hours to put together, it still does not work properly. I’ve spent another two hours myself reading all the instructions. I’m unhappy. But hope that I can get it working. I wish that I had kept it in the box and just tried to sell it on Craigslist. I do not recommend using this provider of appliances. I have never in 10 years of ordering from Amazon given a bad review, but this was truly annoying.

Great Washer – Delivery people were great. Brought in the house for me. The washer itself is a really good machine. I couldn’t be happier. I have lots of dog blankets to wash and it handles it well. It’s a simple operation using it. It’s overall the best washer for the money. My last LG lasted 10 years, hope this Frigidare does too, if not longer. I enjoy using it. My clothes, towels, anything it washes. I like the favorite setting. Just push it to wash the majority of clothes I have. A great experience with this seller and machine. Thank you!!!

Beautiful design workmanship. – Have not put in use as yet. Special operation dolly for movement with rounded surfaces. Small spaces need extra clearance to move around. The manufacture or packing with a cover had an accident that bent the lower right rear panel with no chipping of paint. To scratch on area so it was covered during the sharp bump or blow like lit fender bender or dent. No operational damage to this result behind cover shows up. Packing foam however shows a breakout were compensation for tilting by tank in shock compensaters can make this happen in a weight shift in shipping. Packing was to minimize this shifting though tank will do this in washing operations normal. Waiting for the mount dolly to see how this will operate overall. Mount dolly received mounted 14 Oct. Hoses hooked up. Valves of faucets had to be replaced 16 Oct. Now need Block UL lift from wall to stop blocking plug or short extension in from dry 90 degree plug space together in wall socket. Hope to have first start 16 Oct tonight.

Watch for shippers as best you can. – Lost time do to convulesence and shipping for house setup from delivery of Oct 1. 2021. Setup machine up on Nov 14, 2021. Could not see under front panel shippers drop off. After looking for the feet on front to adjusting height and balance. A pucker edge showed up close look at bottom front right edge. The reason for the tilting rocking during shippers bring in was. The front of machine was dropped from movers dolly to a height of 45 degrees from two wheels. Bending front feet and front lower panel. The bottom panel pushed up into machine about an inch or so. This was the rocking when brought in. She works fine. Conveinance of working do all as well as the washer matching units though.

Great price – simple controls – works good. – I was looking for an affordable dryer without all the digital/electronic stuff that always seems to go bad. This dryer is perfect. It has enough flexibility in settings without being complicated and annoying. It dries a big blanket just fine. The drum was actually bigger than I expected.

Best Machine Ever ⛏ – This machine is AWESOME!! I can’t tell you enough about having the ability to fill the tub the whole way full of water. It could be my imagination, but I don’t think so, that the clothes are much cleaner. This machine has a huge tub and full agitator. There are multiple menu selections available to mix and match the cycle to your custom need. From watching the agitator move the clothes through the wash cycle, I have no doubt the clothes are much cleaner, like deep cleaned. I bought it online from Amazon, it was shipped to my home and even delivered a day ahead of time! My daughter and myself got the washer inside using a dolly. Once she left I finished the hookup to the waters for drainage system. It works perfectly. I had a bigger machine that broke down twice in 5 years, this time they couldn’t even get the parts to repair it. Repairman said if the could get the parts it would be $500 to repair it. Well they couldn’t get the parts. So much for such a high priced item. Never again will I pay that kind of money when I can get a machine I am much more satisfied with, and was less expensive—more in my price range now I’m retired. Arrived late but I’m still satisfied with the product – I love this washer even though it takes 30-60 minutes to wash depending on the settings. Inside the drum is very large and my clothes always come out clean. The only complaint I have is that a piece from the back of the machine malfunctioned not allowing cold water to enter. So whenever it would get to the rinse cycle I would get an error code. This also caused a mini flood. The manufacture warranty covered the needed part and the repair. Because of this, I purchased the extended warranty as I feel it may come in handy after the manufacturer warranty has expired.
