Factory didn’t bother mounting the circuit boards, plugged it in it tried setting my house on fire! – Been sitting in my house 3 weeks still dont work. Technicians say they will be by. The ones recommended by the manufacturer. Then dont bother showing up, when they do they dont bring necessary equipment to work or even look at it. You basically are on your own to order your own parts. And hope for the best. Its cheaper for a reason and this one sux. BEWARE, the company that made it didnt even bother to test it at the factory! Let alone the shippers that threw it down the stairs!

Double check measurements! – The appliance was beautiful! Unfortunately my contractor gave me the wrong diminsions so it doesn’t fit. Trying to figure out how to ship it back and exchange for the right size. Not so easy with a giant shipping package.
