Don’t do it! Cheap and poorly made – I have the FFEF3016VS and it’s such a disappointment. The elements are loud, move around and are not flat. The “safety” button means nothing sits evenly on the element and the pan doesn’t heat all over. You have to be using a heavy cast iron pan for even cooking. I can’t make an egg without holding the pan down. It’s so loud with the elements banging when you stir or work with the pan. There is no peaceful cooking with music playing. All you hear is the banging of the electric elements. I hate it. I can’t cook when the kids are sleeping. I love to cook but this range is NOT for cooking. It’s so frustrating and I don’t even want to use it. I’m not a wealthy person and can’t afford to “buy another one” so I’m be stuck with this range for years.

Don’t buy. FFEF3016V8D – These burners are terrible, whoever designed these did a very bad thing , that button in the middle should of never been added . Around $40.00 each if you buy one of these burners to replace . If you are buying a stove and there is a round button that moves around when you set a pot or skillet on it , DON’T buy it.
